Who we are working with

If you’re looking to get stronger, feel healthier, and just feel better in your body—I’ve got you. Whether you’re preparing for a baby, getting back into movement after having one, or navigating something like endometriosis, we’ll make it work for you. 

Women

Every body is different, and I truly believe in listening to yours. We’ll move at your pace, adjust as needed, and if needed, I’m always happy to work alongside your doctor to make sure you feel safe and supported through every phase. This is a space where you can show up as you are and feel good doing it.
Whether you’re a current athlete or a former one, I’ve been in both stages and I get it. I know what it takes to push your limits and feel your strongest—whether that’s in high school, college, or beyond. And if you’re no longer competing but still want to feel like your athletic self again…you absolutely can. Being an athlete doesn’t just go away.

Athletes

If you’re working through past injuries, looking to improve mobility and flexibility, or wanting to get faster and stronger, we’ll build a plan that fits you. Aging and life changes can be tough, but we’ll meet you where you’re at and keep you moving forward. The goal is simple—helping you feel strong, capable, and like the best version of you again.
No matter your age, focusing on longevity and feeling good in your body is always worth it. Whether you’re working through osteoporosis, recovering from an injury or surgery, preparing for one, or navigating medications like GLP-1, I’ve seen and experienced how important it is to take things at your own pace. We’ll focus on building strength, improving balance and mobility, and keeping your body moving safely and confidently.

If you’re dealing with any health conditions, you’re not alone—we’ll adjust as needed and make sure everything we do feels right for you. Listening to your body is always the priority, and I’m here to guide you in a way that keeps you safe, supported, and progressing in a way that actually lasts.
