Training for current and former athletes is built around performance, strength, confidence, and longevity. As a former collegiate athlete myself, I understand the discipline, pressure, and hard work it takes to perform at your best while also balancing recovery, injuries, and life outside of sports. I currently train youth, high school, and adult athletes, including adults who play sports like golf, tennis, soccer, and more. Helping them improve strength, mobility, conditioning, power, balance, and overall performance so they can continue doing the activities they love while feeling strong and confident. Whether your goal is to stay competitive, return from injury, build athleticism, or simply feel like yourself again, every program is customized to help you train with purpose and reach your goals.

Senior fitness is focused on helping clients stay strong, independent, mobile, and confident through every stage of aging. Having formerly worked in assisted living, I understand how important movement, balance, strength, and overall health are for living a safer, healthier, and more comfortable life. I’ve worked with clients managing medications that require monitoring, AFib, Osteoporosis, dementia/Alzheimer’s, Post-Polio syndrome, balance concerns, physical disabilities, and clients using wheelchairs or walkers. Every program is adjusted to fit the individual, and Ghost Fitness is always willing to work alongside healthcare providers to ensure training is safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs.
